Leadership   Rodman Marymor, President/CEO and Founder Mr. Marymor focuses on strategic business development and innovative vision for Cardinal Communications, which he created in 1994. Active in the travel and meetings industries since 1982, when he formed Cardinal Productions to provide entertainment and technical support services for meetings, he has received wide recognition from hospitality industry associations including Meeting Professionals International, the International Association of Conference Centers, and the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association. Rodman has served the hospitality industry as a frequent speaker and writer on online business applications. In 1997, 2001 and 2003,  MeetingNews recognized him as one the 25 Most Influential People in the Meetings Industry. He was recognized by Business Travel News as one of the 25 Most Influential Executives for 2002. Rodman also serves as president of the Marin School of the Arts in Novato, CA.      Katherine (Katy) Dunmire, COO and Founder Ms. Dunmire is in charge of Cardinal Communications’ day-to-day operations and client relationships. She has been Mr. Marymor’s business partner since 1992. Katy is a hospitality industry veteran, having worked in catering and convention services with such hotels as the Westin St. Francis and Palace Hotel, and as director of operations for a leading destination management firm. She assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer in 1997.     Stephen Holland Chang, Chief Technology Officer and Partner Mr. Holland Chang invents, designs and develops Cardinal’s technology platforms and Internet applications. He has redefined the standard for 'Websites that work' in the hospitality industry. He joined Cardinal in 1996 after spending two years building houses based on microscopic organisms.     Daniel G Marks, Executive Vice President and Partner Mr. Marks focuses on business development by helping meeting industry professionals, corporate planners and independent planners alike, adopt technology solutions that matter. With the formation of the Meetings Technology Network, Mr. Marks is constantly helping industry professionals make sense of all their options while providing solutions specific to their needs. Mr. Marks is a 20+ industry veteran, most recently Vice President of Corporate Sales for StarCite, Inc. selling SaaS to Enterprises wanting to establish best practices for Procurement relative to their global meetings and events. Mr. Marks received his start with Westin Hotels and Resorts, at the famous St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco, CA. Dan is now a partner within Cardinal Communications, bringing technology solutions to the hospitality industry.
